I take extra Zinc and Vitamin C, make sure I get 7 hours sleep and constantly wash my hands to stay well in the winter. I have never used a humidifier.

ReplyDeleteHave never used a humidifier. We try to get enough sleep, eat well and wash our hands faithfully to stay well. Work with children so it is an constant struggle to keep the germs away.
