I'm looking for a not so costly blog design or template. Something that might involve books, or a mama bear and a baby. I'm looking for it to be $50 or less. I know I could hire someone for a custom design but that would cost more than I can pay. Does anyone know of a website that might have some premade or free designs? I would so appreciate it.

Not sure about free but Parajunkee has cheap premade templates for $15.
